Last night during Earth Hour, I was eating dinner all by myself in the dark. xD Last year, I was home alone too. No, I'm not gonna show you a video of me having dinner in the dark.
While eating I was also watching Oprah on the Hallmark Channel. The episode was originally aired on Earth Day last year, but it was my first time seeing it, and what I saw and heard was both shocking and heartbreaking.
See if you can get your head around this: There is a garbage dump in the Pacific Ocean that stretches from California to Japan, and it's 90 feet deep in some places.
Yeah, it takes a while for that to sink in. I know our planet is pretty polluted but I had no idea it was that bad.
I believe everyone needs to see this eye-opening episode. Find out where our garbage goes, plus some other mind-boggling facts. You will never look at your trash the same way ever again. Be sure to watch all 6 parts on YouTube. I've posted the first one below.
And if you have any eco-friendly tips, do share them in the comments. I'd love to hear them. :]

Weekend Outfits
This past weekend's outfits are all about hosiery and green shoes! LOL.
Saturday night was a friend's wedding celebration so I had the chance to dress up.

My tights look black here but they're actually dark green.
Dress: Petit Monde
Belt: Zara (Borrowed from my mom, actually.)
Tights: Pink Lemonade
Shoes: Melissa
Glasses: Escada
Earrings (covered, hehe): H&M
Necklace: The Ramp
Watch: Thomas and Friends!
Bangles: Gift

The next day I watched Alice in Wonderland which was wonderful. Johnny Depp, Tim Burton and Danny Elfman are geniuses and I always look forward to films that involve all three of them. Alice in Wonderland was a great visual treat and my favorite scenes were the ones in Marmoreal. They were so pretty. *u* I liked Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen too, I thought she was very good.
Top: Zara
Skirt: Guess?
Belt: Zara
Tights: I forgot.
Shoes: Melissa
Glasses: Nine West
Earrings: H&M
Watch: Thomas and Friends!

The No List
I decided to make my own no list after seeing this one by S.V. Macias.
* No eating animals
* No drugs
* No booze
* No laziness
* No negativity
* No clutter
I have some other things (e.g., no coffee, no soda) but these are the major ones. :]
